Free Bike 22

When I bought my bike I sent it to freebike to see what needed to be changed. The rear tire was good according to them... I narrowly missed a big accident, the rear drove off, following that I went to see a motorcycle mechanic who told me that my tire had been dead since 2019 ( of 2009). When I went to see the boss, he replied "oh but that doesn't mean anything, if we haven't changed it, it's because it was good" I had to teach him that a tire motorcycle is 10 years max, beyond that the rubber is dead and the insurance no longer covers…. In addition, the front tire was mounted in sport while the rear is on the road, which is strongly discouraged. Without forgetting my clamping certificate that I waited for, relaunched 3 times so that after 3 months I was told that the request had not been made... An ordered part that I am still waiting for... In short, to flee!

TO FLEE !! Motorcycle bought new from Free Bike 22 a year and some ago... following a visit to Yamaha Rennes (real professionals) who told me that a cover was missing on the motorcycle. Following that I return to Free bike 22 with proof that the cover in question was not mounted on delivery and that they do not want to know anything even by providing them with all the elements.. In short, a big lack of professionalism is certain and a lot of laxity in the workshop also to deliver incomplete motorcycles and let their customers ride with them.. In short, to flee! They prefer to get a bad reputation for a cache, rather than maintain a customer base. it shows the commercial strategy and the little interest provided to customers.
